Are you interested in how the food you eat has been made? Would you like to work in the food industry, mass caterers, official food control services, nutritional counselling centres laboratories or research and development facilities so that you could determine the physicochemical and microbiological parameters of what lands on the table.
The training takes place using specialised equipment with the highest standard of industrial usability, which is confirmed by the opinion of specialists of the Polish Accreditation Commission, who in the 2018 assessed that our University has the best hall for food technology in the country.
Currently, we do not offer courses in Food Technology, but we recommend searching the Dietetics Department courses as they are lineral.
