Employing theories on human behavior and social systems, the graduates of Social work department are prepared to cope with situations involving mutual interaction between people and their environment.
The main principles behind social work are human rights and social justice.
As a graduate you can work in: district family support centres, social welfare centres, educational care facilities and care centres for the elderly, for intellectually, mentally or physically disabled, employment and unemployment counteraction administrative entities, support centres and facilities for the homeless and alcohol or drug addicts, penitentiary facilities and refugee centres, nongovernmental organizations dealing with diagnosing and counteraction of the aforementioned problems.
